National Domestic Workers Alliance: Care for the People Who Care for You

Many Housekeepers + home careworkers lost their jobs during the pandemic because their employers wanted to reduce their risk of being exposed. To raise awareness and rally support for domestic workers, Participant created a social-first video alongside the National Domestic Workers Alliance to help remind everyone to care for the people who care for them. The video drove to a digital hub where employers and supporters could find resources and continue to contribute to domestic worker benefits.

When we learned that our partners at CACEH were facing a similar problem around domestic workers’ rights and COVID-19 relief, we worked with them to re-imagine and translate the video to Spanish to reach their audiences in Mexico.
